Twin Harbor Deals Members. When you post comments or other communications through the Site, other Twin Harbor Deals Users will see your username and the other information you choose to submit to the Service. We recommend that you guard sensitive information and that you not use your real name as your username, since that would allow others to identify you.

Merchants. We will share your name with the merchants from whom you purchase vouchers through the Service, together with a unique voucher number that associates the voucher with you. For example, when you make a purchase of a voucher through Twin Harbor Deals, we will provide your name to the applicable merchant who issued and sold the voucher for the successful fulfillment of your purchase.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Bids for Bargains MO cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process, to protect the property and rights of Twin Harbor Deals or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.

Changing or Deleting Your Information

Our Policy Toward Children
This Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
